GALLERY DEPT. offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and custom-distressed pieces are considered final sale.

Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our studio.
